Apron Conveyor

The integrated belt scale, seamlessly incorporated into the existing apron conveyor, primarily facilitates the measurement of clinker production post kiln operation. It’s affixed to a rail system where single plates are transported via wheels, all anchored on the scale. This sturdy construction allows for the belt scale’s installation in plate conveyors with inclinations up to 40 degrees, making it apt for handling materials at elevated temperatures.
